If I extend the service, will it be any discount (MA)
When can we get the report? (MA)
Within 7-15 days after finishing MA
How many days?
Depend upon the number of equipment.
How many times per year? (MA)
- In case the equipment is not SECOM, will do MA 1 time
- In case the equipment is SECOM, it will depend on the option a customer select: Standard 2 times/year + On call 5 times/year.
Is there any report? (MA)
After MA, there will be a full report with photos
What type of checking? (MA)
Checking equipment readiness and cleaning, then do the MA and provide suggestions about the equipment for a customers
